Melissa is just fabulous ???? we always request her if possible! She is so warming, friendly and patient with the children, going the extra mile to make sure the children look their best and for what we would like as a setting. She is always chatty and explains things clearly if there are ever any changes etc.

He was patient yet persistent in a neuro-affirming manor. He went to where the children were and tried many, many times to get a great shot. He revisited us after he had finished mainstream to try again for a couple of children. He also accepted many non typical approaches to getting a photo taken! We would welcome him back for our specialist cohort next time! "

We managed to get the job done in record time and the feed back from teachers was they were pleased at how smoothly the day went with little disturbance to any lessons. We have some children with SEN needs who can be temperamental on the day when it comes to having their photo's taken.
