The two people who attended were once again, very professional and personable. They had a lovely rapport with the children and spoke to staff so as what to expect. They set up for the session in plenty of time so that the children could go straight through to have their photos taken with no delays. The headteacher wasn't on site that day so they would have been unable to introduce themselves to her

I have put no for introducing himself to the head teacher, but that was because the head wasn't on site. He introduced himself to me and to all members of staff he came in to contact with the children. He was so patient with out children as some of them were a bit uncertain of having their photo taken and he went over and above to get their photo

Melissa, our photographer, really made the children feel at ease and this was mentioned to me by several staff. One teacher told me Melissa "was lovely with the children". i appreciate how accommodating she was with our requests - nothing was too much trouble. I also want to particularly mention how supportive she was in giving as much time as was needed to our very young children who were anxious or who have additional needs.
